The International's first floor restaurant, KATANA, is a contemporary, yet very relaxed dining space, separate from the bar area.
Under the supervision of Executive Chef Anthony Morrison (Conran London), the restaurant offers a delicious Pan Asian & Oriental menu carefully reflecting the delicate styles & flavours of the Far East, and is complimented by a great selection of quality wines & fine Champagnes. Ingredients are selected daily from the highest quality suppliers and this is reflected in the flavours & presentation of each dish. The restaurant is superbly located for those planning a visit to the many nearby London theatres or opera.
Restaurant reservations can be made via the online booking form or call 0207 257 8625 to speak to a member of our reservations team.
The restaurant can also be booked exclusively, or sectioned off with hand carved screens, for private restaurant dining.
Steeped in tradition, innovation & custom Sake is the perfect drink to compliment your Pan Asian dining experience. Newly introduced to Katana at The International this is your chance to ensure your lunch or dinner is a truly unique experience.
Japanese sake, or Nihonshu, is a rice-based fermented alcoholic beverage originally made in China around 4800 BC then later dramatically improved by the Japanese around 300 AD. The production & service of Sake is unique to The International and in-keeping with this heritage is served in a wooden box called a Masu.
Katana serves Sake cold in order for diners to enjoy its subtle flavour (available warm on request)
